ORDER
Chamber of Deputies
of 5 September 1997
The Chamber of Deputies will not vote again on the Act amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 246 / 1992 Coll., to protect animals against abuse, as amended, adopted by the Chamber of Deputies on 12 June 1997 and returned by the President of the Republic, since the condition laid down in Article 50 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic has not been fulfilled.
