declaring for the purposes of State social assistance and social needs an amount equivalent to 50% of the average monthly national economy wage for the calendar year 2004
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to § 5 (7) of Act No. 117 / 1995 Coll., on State Social Support, as amended by Act No. 453 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 124 / 2005 Coll., and under § 1 (8) of Act No. 482 / 1991 Coll., on Social Needs, as amended by Act No. 422 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 124 / 2005 Coll., declares that for the purposes of State Social Support and Social Needs, the amount corresponding to 50% of the average monthly salary in the national economy for the calendar year 2004 is CZK 9 000.
