GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 June 2016
amending Government Regulation No. 276 / 2015 Coll., on compensation for pain and social difficulties caused by accidents at work or occupational diseases
The Government orders pursuant to § 271c (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2015 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 276 / 2015 Coll., on the compensation of pain and social difficulties caused by accidents at work or occupational diseases, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, in entry 1.3, the words "a 1 cm 'are inserted after the words" deep'.
2. In Annex 1, entry 1.8 reads as follows:

3. In Annex 1, items 1.10 and 1.11 read:

Transitional provision
Where the pain or discomfort of the social application has been caused before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, compensation for the pain or compensation for the inconvenience of the social application shall be determined in accordance with Government Regulation No. 276 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
