DECLARATION
of 14 August 2007
amending Decree No. 263 / 1999 of the Ministry of Defence Coll., laying down the grounds for providing duty leave to professional soldiers for obstructions and the scope of duty leave, as amended
According to § 39 (5) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., the Ministry of Defence provides:
In point 13 of Annex No 2 to Decree-Law No 263 / 1999 Coll., which sets out the reasons for the provision of duty leave to professional soldiers for duty barriers and the scope of duty leave, as amended by Decree No 105 / 2005 Coll., "3 'is replaced by" 5' and after the words "from abroad ', the words" if the soldier served in units of multi-national armed forces abroad for at least 90 days consecutive.';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
