DECLARATION
Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 8 February 1983
amending and supplementing Decree No. 90 / 1979 Coll., on schools in nature
The Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic provides pursuant to § 45 paragraph 2 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 76 / 1978 Coll., on educational establishments, and pursuant to § 14 paragraph 2 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 77 / 1978 Coll., on State Administration in Education:
Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 90 / 1979 Coll., on schools in nature, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the following sentence is added to paragraph 2:
"All pupils of those schools and nursery schools from the municipalities of the counties of Chomutov, Most, Teplice and Ústí nad Labem, as set out in the Annex, shall be broadcast twice in each school year, one of which in winter. '
the following paragraph 4 is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) The stay of pupils from kindergarten in school in nature takes 14 days, the stay of pupils from schools referred to in § 1 (1) in school in nature lasts twenty-one days. The stay of pupils from areas where healthy development of the child organism is particularly threatened may be extended by up to seven days under local conditions. '
Paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 5, paragraph 5 becomes paragraph 6.
Article 2 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The transmission and residence of pupils in schools in nature is provided by the district national committee (1) (hereinafter referred to as the operator). The hygiene requirements shall be laid down in a separate Regulation (2). ';
the following paragraph 5 is inserted after paragraph 4:
"(5) An operator may, for serious family reasons, agree to the residence of a worker's child in a school in nature even if this child is not a pupil of the class. '
3. in Article 4 (2) and (3):
"(2) Financial standard for purchasing food at school in nature per pupil and per day at retail prices:
| pro žáky mateřských škol | 15,00 Kčs |
| pro žáky 1. stupně | 17,50 Kčs |
| pro žáky 2. stupně | 18,60 Kčs |
| pro dospělé strávníky | 18,60 Kčs. |
(3) Financial standard for the purchase of food at school in nature for pupils broadcast from North Bohemia counties, from Sokolov district and from the capital city of Prague to pupil and the day is made at retail prices:
| pro žáky mateřských škol | 19,40 Kčs |
| pro žáky 1. stupně | 21,80 Kčs |
| pro žáky 2. stupně | 23,00 Kčs |
| pro dospělé strávníky | 23,00 Kčs.“. |
4. In Article 5, paragraph 6 is added after paragraph 5:
"(6) The sending school may agree with the legal representatives of the pupils before sending pupils to school in nature to ensure the possible removal of the sick pupil, who must leave the school in nature early on the doctor's proposal."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

from the counties of Chomutov, Most, Teplice and Ústí nad Labem, from which pupils of kindergarten and pupils of schools referred to in § 1 (2) are sent to school in nature twice in each school year:
Chomutov county:
March, Černovice, Droužkovice, Chomutov, Jirkov, Kadana, Krbice, Málkov, Otvovice, Rokle, Savice, Strupčice, Údlice, Vernéřov, Vrskman and Vysoc.
Bridge district:
Albrechtice, Branany, Lower Jiřetín, Hamr, Upper Jiřetín, Horace, Comoros, Libkovice, Litvinov, Lom, Louka u Litvinov, Little March, Mariánské Radčice, Bridge, Obrnice, Patochryje and Jelenice.
Teplice district:
Teplice, Bílina, Bystřany, Dubai, Duchcov, Hostomice, Grave, Jeníkov, Kladruby, Brooms, Krupek, Lawn, Ledvice, Modlana, Novoseznice, Osek, Proboštov, Serb, Světět, Úječek and Zabrushany.
Ústí nad Labem county:
Ústí nad Labem, Chabarovice, Hluček and Neštimice.
