DECLARATION
Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 20 April 1972
determining the jurisdiction of the City of Prague State Arbitration in certain economic disputes
The main arbitrator of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic provides pursuant to § 19 paragraph 2 of Act No. 121 / 1962 Coll., on Economic Arbitration, as amended by Act No. 139 / 1970 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) The State Arbitration for the City of Prague is discussed and decided
(a) disputes concerning the construction of a transit pipeline in which one of the parties is an investor of that pipeline or one of its direct suppliers;
(b) disputes concerning the construction of the metro in Prague, in which one party is the general contractor of the construction part of the metro or the general designer of the metro or in which one party is the general supplier of the technological part of the metro and the other is the supplier of the assembly of machines and equipment.
(2) Paragraph 1 shall not apply to disputes in which at least one of the parties is subordinate to the Federal Ministry of Defence.
§ 2
Paragraph 1 shall apply to disputes for which an arbitration request shall be made at the time of application of this Order.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 15 May 1972.
