THE LAW
of 13 January 2000
amending Act No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic concerning transfers of State ownership to other legal or natural persons, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 15 (2) of Act No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the case of transfers of ownership of the State to other legal or natural persons, as amended by Act No. 438 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 282 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 170 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 155 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 218 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 161 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 164 / 1998 Coll. and Act No. 269 / 1998 Coll., at the end of Act No. 269 / 1998 Coll., the dot is replaced by a comma line and the following letter:
"o) to transfer the amount of CZK 4 billion to a special account of state financial assets to increase the funds still committed to cover the necessary expenses incurred by the loss of material burdens on assets issued to beneficiaries, which is still used in the rental relationship for the purposes of social care facilities."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
