DECLARATION
Ministry of Education and Culture
of 5 February 1964
on the labelling of university graduates
The Ministry of Education and Culture provides in agreement with the participating ministries pursuant to § 21 paragraph 4 of Act No. 58 / 1950 Coll., on Higher Education, as amended by Act No. 46 / 1956 Coll.:
Paragraph 2 (2) of Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No 94 / 1961 Coll., on the designation of graduates of universities, is amended as follows:
"(2) Teachers for basic nine-year-olds will be referred to as" Graduated Teacher '- "Graduated Teacher' with an indication of the field of study; for graduates of the special pedagogy studies, there is also a special competence to teach in schools for young people requiring special attention. ';
The designation "graduated chemist ', which was awarded to graduates of nuclear chemistry universities in the school years 1959 / 60 and 1960 / 61 under the Decree of the Minister of Higher Education No 248 / 1953 Ú. l., on the designation of university graduates, is amended and reads" nuclear chemistry engineer'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
