amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Law, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides for the Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 97 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 196 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 268 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 193 / 2018 Coll.:
Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Law, as amended by Decree No. 300 / 1999 Coll., Decree No. 355 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 367 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 555 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 490 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 317 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 288 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 26 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 9 / 2015 Coll. and Decree No. 338 / 2015 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 51b (1), point (o) is deleted;
Points (p) and (q) shall be renumbered as points (o) and (p).
2. in Article 51c (1), point (k) is deleted;
Point (l) shall be renumbered as point (k).
3. in Article 51d (1), the text "l)" is replaced by "k)";
4. After Paragraph 51d, the following Section 51e is inserted:
"Wet material
(Paragraph 43 (7) of the Law)
A grouping of separable solid, bulk grains may be regarded as bulk material, which may move freely in the vehicle's loading area due to inertia and vibration during transport. '
5. In Annex 10, point 1, the words "Means of reimbursement of costs associated with low-speed control weighing................ 'are deleted.
6. In Annex No 10, point 2, the words "The method of reimbursement of the costs associated with high-speed control weighing............... 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 October 2018.
