Order of the Minister for Finance
of 23 December 1950
determining the beginning of the application of certain provisions of the Law on the financing of national and municipal enterprises.
In an agreement with the Ministers of the Interior, Information and Information, Heavy Industry, Light Industry, Agriculture, Internal Trade, Transport, Construction Industry, Post Office, Health and Food Industry under Section 22 (1) of Act No. 104 / 1950 Coll., on the Financing of National and Municipal Enterprises:
(1) Paragraph 6 of Act No. 104 / 1950 Coll. takes effect for all national and municipal enterprises on 1 January 1950.
(2) Paragraphs 4, 5 and 7, § 9 to 11 and § 21 become effective
for national undertakings in the field of transport and mail ministries on 1 January 1950,
for national enterprises in the Ministry of Information and Information with the exception of national enterprises in the printing industry, for national enterprises in the branch of heavy industry, light industry, agriculture, internal trade, construction industry, health and food industry as well as for municipal enterprises on 1 January 1951.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
