GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 June 2010
on the list of activities of professional soldiers laid down for each rank and rank
The Government orders pursuant to § 6 (7) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on Professional Soldiers, as amended by Act No. 272 / 2009 Coll.:
The list of activities of professional soldiers set out for each of the rank and rank units is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
If a professional soldier carries out an activity which is identical to that laid down for more than one military rank, the professional soldier shall be given a higher military rank if he has fulfilled the requirement of a military service period under another legislation (1).
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2011.
