DECLARATION
of 6 June 2012
amending Decree No. 247 / 2001 Coll., on the organisation and operation of fire protection units, as amended by Decree No. 226 / 2005 Coll.
According to Section 101 (a) of Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 237 / 2000 Coll., for the implementation of Section 72 (7) of the Act:
Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 247 / 2001 Coll., on the organisation and operation of fire protection units, as amended by Decree No. 226 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 34 (3), the second sentence is deleted.
2. In Paragraph 35 (8), the fourth sentence is replaced by "The failure test shall be carried out in accordance with paragraph 6. ';
3. In Article 36 (5), the word "once" shall be inserted after the words "this verification."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 15 June 2012.
