Government Decree No. 20 / 2005 Coll.

(1) The Bird Region of Broum ("the bird region") is defined.

(2) The birds' area is protected by falco peregrinus and Bubo bubo and their biotopes.

(3) The purpose of the protection of the birds' area is to preserve and restore ecosystems relevant to birds' species as referred to in paragraph 2 on their natural grounds of enlargement and to ensure conditions for the conservation of the populations of those species in a favourable conservation situation.

(1) The bird area is situated in the territory of the Králové Hradec Region, in the cadastral territories of Bělá, Bohdashín, Božanov, Brezová u Broumov, Bukovice, Dědov, Lower Adršach, Lower Teplice, Hlavňov, Hodkovice u Trutnova, Horní Teplice, Janovice u Trutnova, Jetřich, Křínice, Lachov, Machovská Lhota, Martínkovice, Low Serbia, Půkov, Skály u Teplí nad Metí, Slavna, Studnice u Jívěvěvka, Suchý Míl, Teplice nad Metí, Great Ledší, Verněřovice, Zdonov and Žnír nad Metika.

(2) The territorial demarcation and description of the border of the bird area are set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation; the indicative graphical representation of the bird area is given in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

(3) The map documents of the scale 1: 50 000, in which the territory of the bird region is drawn, are stored in the central list of nature protection1) and in electronic form at the Ministry of the Environment, the Centre for the Protected Landscape Areas of Broumov, the Regional Office of the Hradec Region and the municipal authorities of the enlarged municipalities in whose administrative district the bird area is located.

(1) Only with the prior agreement of the competent authority of nature protection (2) may the territory of municipalities be located in the birds' area outside the concurrently built and stoppable (3)

(a) change the type of land and the means of usingit (4);

(b) carry out all toll and pre-toll intentional mining and mechanized work in the forestry activity at a distance of less than 200 m from the well-known migratory falcon nest during the period 1 March to 30 June;

(c) carry out all toll and pre-toll deliberate mining and mechanized work in the forestry activity at a distance of less than 200 m from the known nest of a large brew between 15 February and 30 May;

d) replace hunting facilities at a distance of less than 200 m from known nesting sites of the migratory falcon and a large owl.

(2) The prior consent of the nature authority is not required

(a) the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (a), where such activities are subject to a decision pursuant to a separate legislation (5) and have been given an opinion by the competent nature conservation authority;

(b) the activities referred to in paragraph 1 in the case of activities carried out under specific legislation6) in the territory of the specified conquest area and exclusive bearings;

(c) in the case of measures preventing or hindering the effects of harmful factors on the forest and measures in the event of exceptional circumstances and unforeseen damage in the forest under special legislation (7);

(d) the implementation of road operations8).

(3) The location of known nests referred to in points (b) and (c) of paragraph 1 shall be communicated in writing to the owners of the forest land concerned by the competent nature conservation authority before or during the period of limitation of mining activities.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

From border milestone 170 / 14 south of cubicle 622,0 Bukovina leads the border of the bird area along the forest and the field path *) in approximately north direction. It is also connected to local communication * *) Machov Končina - Machov and after it leads to Machov, where it connects to the state road * * *) No III / 303 17 (Low Serbian - Machov). From this intersection it continues in the eastern direction to the intersection with road No III / 303 20 (Machov - Police nad Metují) and leads along it to Police nad Metují. Here on the way p.p.p.no. 210 / 7 and 210 / 8 K. Great Ledhuje, which is part of the bird area, turns northeast towards the road around the gardens. Following the border of the land No 251, St.p.243, p.p.249, which are part of the bird's area, it heads in the northern direction to the place where it meets the route No 1049 / 1 (all the above. From this point it turns right on this road, which leads to the road of Great Ledniva - Peak - Dry Mine, after the intersection of this road with road No III / 303 19 (Police over Metuji - Dry Mine). Following this road, the border of the bird area continues up to the village in Dry Dole, where it turns left on the route Dry Dole - Hlavňov to the turn on the field route p.p.p.p.p.p..782 and 780 / 1 (K. Ú. Hlavňov), following it on the forest border. Further along the border p.p.p.n.435 / 2, 396 / 2, 391, 358 / 3, 769 / 5, 347, 289, 288 / 1, which are part of the bird's area (all c.U. Hlavňov) and further along the border p.p.p.302, 388 / 4, 388 / 3, 396 / 2, 400 / 1, 310 and after the route p.p.p.p. 1185 (all c.U. Palov) to the left on the road No II / 2 303 (Broumov - Police) above Metí and then to Půkov at the junction under Odesa and on the road to Odesa parking. From it left on route p.p.p.p..1084 to crossing with path 1147 and then to crossing with path 1148 and further right on this. Further along the border p.p.p.807 / 5 and further to the right on the path p.p.p.p.p.1070 / 1 to the cross. Then to the right below the forest on route p.p.p.p.1067 / 1, 1067 / 2, 1053 and 803 / 1. On the right on the route p.p.p..1038 / 2 (K. Zdar nad Metuji) to the railway body. Following it to the left and further along the border of land parcels 372, 354, 371, 355, 370 and 356 (K.ú. Czech Metuje), which are part of the bird area.

Further upstream to the centre of the river Metuje to Teplice nad Metuje and along the border between p.p.p.p..638 K. Maple near Teplice nad Metuje and p.p.p.618 K. Lower Teplice on the road p.p.p.591, on the right after crossing with p.p.p.r.613 / 2, on which the border of the bird region continues. Further along the border p.p.p...349 (all so far k.o. lower Teplice) to the border k.o. Rocks near Teplice and Javor near Teplice nad Metuje, along the road p.p..344 and 320, along the border between the land p.p.p.158 and 336, along the border of the forest to the settlement Teplice and the border of the land p.p.p.251 through the barrier p.p.p..144, which is part of the bird region, between the ponds and the border between the land p.p.p.p. 251 and 145, and between the land p.p.p.p. 251 and 139 (all c.U. Rocks near Teplice nad Meti) on the road p.p.p.p.p.350. Following it to the left at the intersection with the field road p.p.p.321 (k.ú. the rocks near Teplice nad Metuje) and further around the forest unit of the Adrspášsko- teplice rocks up to the crossing with the road p.p.p.r.795 / 1 (c.U. the well near Zívka). Following it to the right on the border of K. Ú. the well near Zívka and the rock near Teplice. Following this border to the left, further along the road 349 to the border K. Ú. Rocks near Teplice nad Metuje and Janovice near Trutnova, further along to the border of the forest. Further along the border between the parcels 1195 and 1331, 1195 and 1192 and on the routes p.p.r.1331, 1232, 1309 after crossing with the 1308 route, on which the border runs left. Further along the border between the land p.p.p..No 733 / 1 and 691 / 1 and the forestry purpose communication Janovice - Kalousy - Adrspach up to the railway crossing. On the rail right after crossing with route p.p.p.1074 / 1, 1143, 1068 / 1, 1068 / 2 and up to the border between the land state. 105 and p.p.p. No 618 / 5 on the Adrspach - Teplice nad Metují p.p.p.No 1021 / 1.
