DECLARATION
Ministry of National Defence
of 21 January 1970
on changes in the organisation of military universities
The President of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, pursuant to the provisions of § 55 (4) of Act No. 19 / 1966 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions (hereinafter referred to as the "Act '), decided by the Order of 21 April 1969 and by the Order of 17 January 1970 on the implementation of the following amendments in military higher education institutions:
Cancel on 31.7.1969 The Military Political Academy of Klement Gottwald, based in Prague and established on 1 September 1969 the Military Faculty of Antonín Zapocký Military Academy, based in Bratislava.
Antonín Zapocký Military Academy in Brno decorated by the Order of the Republic and the Order of the Red Star is a military university which is divided into faculties:
1. technical direction:
Commander-organizer based in Vyšková-Heirs,
civil engineering ground troops based in Brno,
air, PVO and connecting with its headquarters in Brno,
senior commanders based in Brno,
foreign based in Brno.
Their graduates are entitled "engineer" (in short "Ing.") from the effectiveness of the law. The terms of the title to the graduates who completed the school before the law was effective were laid down by the Minister of National Defence by Order No. 16 / 1966, which was registered in the Collection of Laws of the CSSR on 3 December 1966;
2nd university direction:
Military-political, based in Bratislava.
Her graduates who pass the prescribed rigorous examinations belong from the effectiveness of the law depending on the focus of study the title "Doctor of Social Policy Teachings" (in short "RSDr.") or "Doctor of Philosophy" (in short "PhDr.").
Graduates of the Military Academy of Antonín Zapotocký, the field of meteorology from 1958 to 1960 considered as graduates of university in the university direction.
This amendment amends the status of the II. of the Annex to Decree No 90 / 1966 Coll.
