repealing Decree No. 73 / 2002 Coll., on selected mining installations
Pursuant to § 8 (4) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 124 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 73 / 2002 Coll., on selected mining installations, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
