DECLARATION
Minister for Foreign Trade
of 27 December 1968
on the designation of a joint stock company for foreign trade to conduct certain foreign transactions
The Foreign Trade Minister provides in an agreement with the Minister of Finance pursuant to § 2 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 and § 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the state organization of foreign trade and international shipping:
Koospol, a joint-stock company for foreign trade based in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "the company '), for which a state authorisation was granted, together with the approval of the Statutes, by a decision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of 26 November 1968, issued in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Ministry of Internal Trade, is intended to conduct the foreign trade in goods referred to in § 2.
(1) The main object of the company's business is foreign trade, in particular the import and export of agricultural products (raw materials, semi-finished products and products) and needs, including trade in transit and import and export (including processing) of settlement (colonial) and of certain other food goods, sugar products, sugar beet, boiling products and beverages of all kinds.
(2) The company is entitled to carry out all business related activities.
The company's activities under this Decree are subject to the rules applicable to the conduct of foreign trade.
Koospol, a foreign trade company, *) is merged with the company on 1 January 1969 with its consent. Its assets and liabilities are transferred to a company which thus becomes its legal successor.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1969.
