DECLARATION
of 11 May 2005
amending Decree No. 48 / 1982 Coll., laying down the essential requirements for ensuring safety of work and technical equipment, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Sections 9 and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Government, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 47 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll.:
Decree No. 48 / 1982 Coll., laying down the essential requirements to ensure the safety of work and technical equipment, as amended by Decree No. 324 / 1990 Coll., Decree No. 207 / 1991 Coll. and Decree No. 352 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Part One, Sections 2 and 3, including the title, are deleted.
2. Part Two, including the title, is deleted.
3. Part Three, including the title, is deleted.
4. Part Five, including the title, is deleted.
5. Part 13 is deleted, including the title.
(6) Paragraph 241, including the title and footnotes 5 and 7, shall be deleted.
7. Annex No 1 is deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
