DECLARATION
of 30 May 2016
amending Decree No. 133 / 2013 Coll., on determining the scope and structure of the data for the drafting of the draft State Budget Act and the draft Mid-Term Perspective of the State Budget and the deadlines for their submission
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Sections 4 (4) and 8 (2) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (Budget Rules), as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 133 / 2013 Coll., establishing the scope and structure of the data for the drafting of the draft Act on the State Budget and the draft Mid-Term Perspective of the State Budget and the deadlines for their submission are amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the sentence "The draft shall include the planned number of employees in the budget system following the draft budget and the medium-term outlook for salary appropriations."
2. In Article 2 (2), at the end of the text, the sentence "The data referred to in form 1 / 5 set out in Annex 1 to this decree shall be added to the central system of the state's accounting information in accordance with the technical decree on accounting records."
3. In Article 2 (6), at the end of the sentence of the first sentence, the words "and in accordance with Annex 9 to this decree 'and the sentence of the second sentence shall read:" In these Annexes, the data which are included in Annexes 6 and 7 to this decree and in accordance with Section 4 of Annex 8 thereto shall not be entered.'
4. In Article 3 (2), the words "and for years of the medium term 'shall be inserted after the words" on which the draft State Budget Act is submitted'.
5. In Article 5, the words "or any other body as coordinator," shall be inserted after the words "where appropriate, the Intermediating Body."

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication, with the exception of Article I (1), which shall take effect on 1 January 2017.
