According to Article 3 (1) of Act No. 152 / 1994 Coll., on elections to councils in municipalities and amending and supplementing certain other laws,
Announcing elections
to councils in all the municipalities of the Czech Republic and I will set the dates for their events on Friday 18 November and Saturday 19 November 1994.
