GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 31 May 2000
amending Government Regulation No 333 / 1993 Coll., laying down minimum wage charges and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and working at night, as amended
The government orders pursuant to § 7 (2) and § 14 (2) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings:
Government Decree No 333 / 1993 Coll., establishing minimum wage rates and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and working at night, as amended by Government Decree No. 308 / 1995 Coll., Government Decree No. 356 / 1997 Coll., Government Decree No. 318 / 1998 Coll., Government Decree No. 132 / 1999 Coll. and Government Decree No. 312 / 1999 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The minimum wage rates, graded up to 12 rates at a fixed weekly working time, shall be 42,5 hours:

2. In the first sentence of Paragraph 4, the amount "CZK 4.80" is replaced by "CZK 5.40."
3. In Section 5, "CZK 4.80 'is replaced by" CZK 5.40'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2000.
