DECLARATION

of 2 April 2002
on the declaration of the territory of the selected parts of the landscape units for the conservation zones
The Ministry of Culture provides pursuant to Article 6 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Heritage Care, as amended by Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll.:
The territory of the parts of the landscape units Čimelicko-Rakovicko (Písek county) and Vranovsko- Bítovsko (Znojmo and Třebich districts) is declared to be a conservation zone (the zones).
(1) The boundaries of the territory of the zones are defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation and are drawn on the maps listed in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
(2) The map of the 1: 25 000 scale zone will be stored within 60 days of the date of entry into force of this decree with the Ministry of Culture, the State Institute of Memorial Care, the Regional Office of the South Bohemia Region, the District Office of Písek, the State Heritage Institute in České Budějovice and the municipalities in whose territory the zone is located.
(3) A map of the Vranovsko- Bítovsko zone of the scale 1: 50 000 will be deposited within 60 days of the date of entry into force of this decree with the Ministry of Culture, the State Heritage Institute, the Regional Office of the South Moravian Region, the Regional Office of the Vysočina Region, the District Office of Znojmo, the District Office of Třebich, the State Heritage Institute in Brno and the municipalities in whose territory the zone is located.
In order to ensure the protection of parts of the landscape and the historical environment, which with their seats, architectural files, individual monuments, the structure of the land, the structure of the land, roads, water areas, water flows, permanent crops and realised composite projects in the landscape, the following shall be respected:
(a) the results of building historical, urban, archaeological and historical surveys, analyses and surveys of the territory and the results of analyses of the biological component of the territory;
b) Results of building historical and restoration surveys of individual objects,
(c) the values of the historical environment of the zone in relation to the use of the objects, areas and parts of the territory concerned and the conservation and restoration of historical timber;
(d) historical character, spatial arrangement, landscape dominance and scale of individual objects, residential bodies and landscapes;
(e) protection of archaeological findings.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2002.

Zone area boundaries
1. ČIMELICKORAKOVICO (county of Písek)
The border of the zone begins north of the village of Čimelice at the intersection of the roads Čimelice - Krsice and Čimelice - Laziště. The border is located on the road Čimelice - The railway station east to cross with the border of the cadastral territory of Rakovice. Following it, it continues in the eastern direction to cross-country with the road leading to the railway track. Following the crossing of this road the border of the zone follows the boundary of the cadastral territory of Rakovice in the eastern direction of the railway track, crossing and continuing in the eastern direction along the edge of the terrain break to the river Skalice. On its left bank, the border continues north to the Chimelice - Lazy road. On this road, the border turns east towards cross-country crossing on the southern edge of the New Court settlement. Following the western edge of the built-up area of this settlement, the border is heading north and continues along the northern and eastern perimeter of the built-up area of the settlement to the road connecting the New Court and Lazies. On this road the border continues with a short section to cross with the field route. Following it, it turns in the southeast direction and then in the south direction through the dam of the pond Zneř on the dam of the pond Rápek. Here the border is diverted in the eastern direction and continues along the banks of the Rieska pond to the watercourse on the eastern side of the pond. Following this watercourse, he continues eastward to cross with the forest road, on which he turns southwest, crossing the field path called the Prince (Vrábsko - Koloredov). It continues to cross the forest whose northern edge turns west. It passes from the south and west side of the garden and the Hájenka in the village of Vrábsko, crossing the road and continuing west on the northern edge of the built area of Vrábsko to the road Vrábsko - Bisingrov. Following it he heads west towards the border of the cadastral area of Čimelice and turns south towards the place where he meets the watercourse (nad Valný), flowing into the Valný pond. Here it moves in the west direction and continues along the watercourse to the Valný pond, on whose eastern, southern and western edge the border continues to the watercourse on the western side of the pond. Following this watercourse, the border continues towards the field road and follows the northwest towards the intersection with Vetrov - Čimelice. On this road cross the River Skalici, following it turns to the field road, which is followed west to the railway track. This railway track crosses and continues along the road Smetanova Lhota - Chimelice to Chimelice. On the southern edge of the built-up area of the village Čimelice, the border turns south on the road Čimelice - Mirotice and continues to the fenced garden which lies west of this road. Further the border continues along the southern perimeter of the garden and from its southern tip passes the air line to the draw America, which goes around its southern side. From the south-west edge of the draw cross the border to the road of the road leading northwest to the road Boudy - Rakovice. Following this road, the border continues to the village of Rakovice, but still in the edge of the forest it passes from the south, west and north a stone monument in the form of a triangular lake called Vintíř, situated immediately off the road at the foot of the hill Chlum. The border continues to the north along the road to the contributional hubris, which also passes from the south, west and north and returns back to the road on which it continues to the grounds of the agricultural cooperative, which goes around its southern, eastern and northern side back to the road on which it continues to the village of Rakovice. The village of Rakovice passes the border after the communication Bouda - Rakovice to the bridge via Rakovický stream. Here it moves in the eastern direction and continues along the Rakovická creek to the border of the cadastral territory of Čimelice. It follows the north and northwest towards the crossroads on the edge of the built-up territory of Rakovice. There it turns towards the exit and after communication Rakovice - The chimelice returns to the starting point.
2. VRANOVSKO-BITOVSKA (Znojmo and Třebich counties)
The border of the zone begins in the north at the bridge on the river Želanovka near Mác's mill. The border runs through the riverbed towards the exit. Behind the Free Mill he crosses the road towards Desov. From the crossroads of the road, it continues in the southeast direction towards the village of Zblovice. The village is circling the southern border and returning to the road on which it continues to the village of Chvalatika. At the beginning of the village it passes on the road which leads to the water tank Vranov. Following the left bank continues to the mouth of the enlarged tank, continues around the water tank to the forest road in the location Štítarský forest. Here it is connected to a reinforced road heading towards the northeast and continues to the village of Štítara. Crossing the road Štítara - It climbs and continues on the way to the water fountain. It continues along the watercourse, crossing the road Štátary - Czásatellite and Štátara - Vranovská Ves to the border of the cadastral territory Štátara, continues along the northern boundary of the cadastral territory Šumná to the railway track. It also leads along the railway track, almost to the boundary of the cadastral territory of Šumná. It continues along the eastern border of the cadastral territory Šumná and Lesná to the road Lesná - Vrácovice - Milíčovice, which crosses and connects to the road Lesná - Horní Břekkov. The village is circling the western edge of the built-up area and heading southwest towards the village of Čežov. It goes around the western edge of the built-up area and heads south towards the state border with Austria. The border is formed by the river Dyje riverbed, through which it leads against the river stream. Under the Bulk Mountain, it leaves the river bank and follows the state border to the communication towards the village of Podmyče. The road continues to the southern edge of the village, which is circumvented by the eastern and northern edges of the built-up area. From the west edge of the village it continues along the road towards Lancchev. From the southern edge of the village the border continues the western edge of the village along the road which leads northwest towards the village Vysočany. On the western edge of the cadastral territory of Lanchev leads briefly to the south along the forest and along the trench heads to the river Dyji. The air line crosses the tank and follows its left bank. In front of the bend of the tank and the cottage settlement, a local watercourse passes into the trough and leads west towards the built-up edge of the village of Oslnovice. The eastern and northern border of the village passes on the road and continues northeast towards the village Vysočany. The village passes along the eastern edge and returns to the road facing north towards the edge of the forest under the Břež hill. By the edge of the forest and by the field road towards the north, the border returns to the starting point at Mác's mill.
