GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 26 March 2021
amending crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 196 of 26 February 2021 by which the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on the grounds of health threats in connection with the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic, and Article 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue § 5 (b) to (e) and § 6 (1) (b) and (c) and (2) and (g) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 27 March 2021 at 00: 00.
I. changes the efficacy period:
1. the Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 199, published under No. 99 / 2021 Coll.,
2. the Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 200, published under No. 100 / 2021 Coll., as amended by the Government Resolution of 18 March 2021 No 300, published under No. 135 / 2021 Coll.,
3. Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 203, published under No. 103 / 2021 Coll.,
4. Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 205, published under No. 105 / 2021 Coll.,
5. Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No. 206, published under No. 106 / 2021 Coll.,

by extending their effectiveness until 11 April 2021 until 23.59 hours;
II. Amendments to the Government Resolution of 18 March 2021 No 299, published under No 134 / 2021 Coll., by the following point (f) is inserted after point III / 1:
"(f) travel to and participation in the assembly held by the church or religious society from 1 to 3 April 2021 at the time from 21: 00 to 23: 59,"
Points (f) and (g) shall be renumbered as points (g) and (h).
