Government Regulation
of 1 June 1948
on the establishment of professional trade associations for the business of the production of cement goods in Slovakia.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 152, paragraph 3, the sentences of the Second Trade Act of 10 October 1924, No 259 Coll., as amended by the Law of 30 November 1933, No 223 Coll.:
Professional trade associations may be established for the business of cement goods production.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication and shall apply in Slovakia; to be carried out by the Minister for Industry.
