Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 6 June 1946
amending the reporting deadlines for loans subject to commercial credit records.
Pursuant to Article 7 (1) of the Decree of 24 April 1936, No 109 Coll., which are issued for the implementation of Article 33 of the Law of 14 April 1920, No 347 Coll., on the Bank of Shareholders, detailed regulations on the registration of commercial loans, and the Government Order of 2 July 1931, No 114 Coll., on the delivery of orders in bankruptcy and settlement proceedings and on their publication at the Central notifier, I declare:
Regular reports on loans subject to commercial credit records, which have so far been submitted according to the status as at 30 June and 31 December of each year, either continue to be submitted by the creditor institutions (Section 2 of the Law No. 109 / 1936 Coll.) only once a year according to the status as at 31 December.
This decree takes effect on the day of its publication and applies in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries.
