Government Regulation
of 29 August 1950
on the delegation to the Ministry of Agriculture of certain agricultural schools.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
(1) Scope of proceedings
(a) agricultural selection schools; and
(b) primary vocational schools of agriculture
1. attached to the agricultural selection schools,
2. with cyclic teaching provided by their own teachers or located in separate buildings; and
3. for pupils in the ratio of teaching, except for schools forming part of the Centre according to Act No. 96 / 1950 Coll., on the Working Age,
which according to existing regulations is the responsibility of the Minister of Education, Science and Art, is transferred to the Minister of Agriculture.
(2) Where, in the cases referred to in paragraph 1, the Minister (Ministry) of Education, Science and Art has so far exercised its competence in an agreement with another Minister (Ministry), it shall be exercised by the Minister (Ministry) of Agriculture in an agreement with that Minister (Ministry).
(1) The Ministry of Education, Science and Arts is responsible for the supervision of the education of subjects in general education and cooperation in the supervision of subjects in the field of teaching.
(2) The competence of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts pursuant to § 37, § 39 (2), § 44, as regards the Central Advisory Council, pursuant to § 67, 68, § 69 (1) and § 70 of Act No. 95 / 1948 Coll., on the Basic Regulation of Single Education (Education Act) remains unaffected. The scope under Sections 39 (1), 43, 73, 74 and 77 (3) of the Education Act shall be exercised by the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture; The co-operation of the Ministry of Finance under § 77 (3) of the same Act remains unaffected.
The administration of relevant internships, school goods and school buildings is also transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1950; They shall be implemented by the ministers of agriculture, education, science and art and home affairs in agreement with participating members of the Government.
