The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 10 December 2009 it issued a price decision 1 / 10- FAR establishing a list of ATC groups of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes not subject to producer price regulation. The price decision is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No 9 / 2009 of 18 December 2009 and came into effect on 31 December 2009.
