establishing a Social College in Brno.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The Social College is established in Brno at the beginning of the winter semester of the year 1947 / 48.
(1) The Social College is entitled to award academic degrees.
(2) The Statute of the University of Social Affairs is issued by the Government by a regulation.
(3) Study and Examination Regulations are issued by the Minister for Education and Education.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
