DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 51 / 1989 Coll., on safety and health at work and safety of operations in the treatment and processing of minerals, as amended
The Czech Mining Office provides pursuant to § 6 paragraph 6 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and on State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 184 / 2011 Coll.:
In Section 6 of Decree No. 51 / 1989 Coll., on Safety and Health at Work and Safety at Operation in the Treatment and Processing of Minerals, as amended by Decree No. 395 / 2011 Coll., paragraph 7, including footnote 54, read:
"(7) The surface of the sheets shall be grooved or otherwise crushed. The requirement to check the wear condition of cover sheets and grid grids shall be deemed to have been met if the design of the structures is carried out according to a specified technical standard (54). The control element shall be changed if its thickness is less than the strength calculation specified in the project or expert report.

This Decree was notified in accordance with Directive 98 / 34 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and rules and of rules on information society services, as amended by Directive 98 / 48 / EC.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2013.
