DECLARATION
Ministry of Industry and Trade
of 22 March 2002
on the labelling of back-up reusable packaging
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 50 (4) for the implementation of § 9 (3) of Act No. 477 / 2001 Coll., on Packaging and on the amendment of certain laws (Law on Packaging):
The back-up package is marked according to the technical standard CSN 77 0053 on the packaging itself or on the label.
The requirements for the labelling of back-up reusable packaging placed on the market before the entry into force of the Decree shall be assessed in accordance with existing legislation. 1)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 2002.
