THE LAW
of 10 December 1985
on the state budget of the Czechoslovak Federation for 1986
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:

The general overview of the state budget of the Czechoslovak Federation is set out in the Annex.
(2) Of the total expenditure of the Federation State Budget:

The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic or, under its authority, the Minister of Finance may adjust the binding tasks and limits of the Federation State Budget, in particular in accordance with changes in the State Plan, changes in price, organisational changes, adjustments to economic instruments in foreign trade and the mobilisation of the government budget reserve. Such measures shall not affect the balance of the Federation State Budget.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1986.
