on the creation of regional national committees in the newly established counties of Veľký Krtít, Vranov, Svidník and Stará Buděubovňa
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
In the counties of Veľký Krtív, Vranov, Svidník and Stará Buděubovňa, regional national committees will be formed from those members of the existing regional national committees who have been elected in the constituencies of the new district.
The Regional National Committees referred to in § 1 will choose their bodies according to Act No. 69 / 1967 Coll., on National Committees.
The Regional National Committees referred to in Section 1 and the Regional National Committees of which the Regional National Committees are formed shall not be subject to the provisions of Sections 13 (1) (b) and 48 (2) of the National Committees Act until the national committees are elected.
The sentence of the second Section 6 of Decree No. 36 / 1968 Coll., which creates the counties of Veľký Krtít, Vranov, Svidník and Stará Buděubovňa is deleted.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
