of 12 April 1946
on special duty allowances for professional Judges and other judicial staff.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 1.
(1) Judges, judicial practitioners and conceptual officials of the judicial administration who, pursuant to Article 4 of the Law on the Organisation of the Courts of 27 November 1896, have competence to the judicial office and are appointed to a court or judicial office in active employment, are subject to a special allowance of 700 CZK per month, payable to the servant.
(2) An allowance of 500 CZK per month, 400 Kcs per month for staff employed in active employment, is payable to accounting officers, to staff employed in active employment.
§ 2.
This Act takes effect in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries on 1 January 1946; The government will do it. The Law of 12 April 1946, No. 103 Coll., on special service allowances of professional judges and other judicial staff, is extended to Slovakia.
